The US is the only major economy where healthcare workers don’t earn enough to afford their own homes.
It’s also the only country in the world where healthcare is free to everyone.
But for the most part, healthcare workers are struggling.
As the global health care system continues to collapse, so too does the quality of care in many US cities.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the number of health workers has fallen from nearly 10 million in 2007 to less than 8,000 in 2016.
And now the citys healthcare workers union has announced a new plan to bring healthcare to the masses: the Bolton Care Worker Program.
It promises to make the care of healthcare workers more affordable.
The union is offering $5,000 to $15,000 for a first-year worker to cover the cost of living in a city with a healthcare worker shortage.
The program would apply to all Bolton city workers, but those with the least financial need would qualify.
According to the union, the first Bolton-based workers would be eligible to apply for the program on June 1, 2020.
The plan is a good first step toward creating a more affordable healthcare system.
But for many healthcare workers, it could mean the end of their health insurance and a life of homelessness.
“I’m going to have to find somewhere else to live,” said Tami Jones, a Bolton resident.
“I have a family to feed, and I don’t know if I’m going, you know, I’m not going to be able to pay my bills or pay for my kids’ college.
Bolton has the highest rate of homelessness of any major city in the country, according to the UN Office for Civil Society.
But the Boltons health care worker program is still far from a perfect plan.
The plan is only available to city workers with a $50,000 income.
And in the meantime, many Bolton residents have had to rely on the free healthcare they’ve been getting from the city to make ends meet.
Jones, the city’s health worker, says her family has been on food stamps for a year.
She has a two-year-old son who suffers from cerebral palsy.
With no income, she is in need of free housing, and she says she can’t afford the rent.
Despite all the challenges, the Bolons healthcare worker program seems like a good idea.
The city’s union has put together a website that shows the benefits of the Bolts program and the amount of money it would cost if implemented nationwide.
So far, the US is only one of seven countries that has healthcare workers in free-to-all, so it’s hard to tell if Bolton’s program will scale well.
The Bolton Health Care Worker program is being implemented in more than 30 cities across the US, but the union says it will eventually expand to other cities.
